I have worked in creative direction from luxury to streetwear / sportswear fashion industry for over 15 years, most recently specifically focused on experiential marketing within NYC in partnership with brands like Nike, Jordan, adidas, Timberland, Polo, Puma, Reebok, New Era and more.
My expertise consists of the following:
MARKETING EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS
Impact the market with authentic, engaging campaigns that create emotional consumer connections
Manage time & action plans, event calendars and budgets that support business initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to accomplish strategic goals and generate revenue
Develop new event recommendations and manage a team that executes logistics

Conceptualize and elevate creative direction & brand guidelines for e-commerce websites, mobile, social media, retail and marketing strategies

I love what I do for a living as long as it’s helping other people - either developing someone on my team to discover their hidden potential or making an emotional connection with a customer so much that it resonates with them and impacts their life in a positive way.
Originally from Los Angeles, I have lived in New York for over 15 years with my boyfriend, Evan. On the weekends, you can typically find me waking up early and going for a cell-phone-free walk before the city wakes up or trying a new restaurant. During the week, I’m usually trying to convince a coworker to grab a drink or a bite after work!
I’m constantly on instagram @robyncruz getting inspired more than actually posting.
Although I don’t have kids of my own, I am obsessed with kids and I promise you I am the world’s best babysitter. I have 6 nieces and nephews and spoil them rott-EN.
I love to travel. It’s in my DNA. The world is too beautiful to visit the same place twice.

Staten Island Ferry - Be the last one on during sunset and look back at the skyline. You’ll thank me later, plus it’s free!
Riding a bike over the Manhattan Bridge
